Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account,” or email us and we'll process your request within 48 hours.

Is Plantd free?
Yes! Plantd is free to download and use. All daily lessons, learning paths, streaks, and the plant companion are included at no cost.
How does the AI Bible guide work?
The AI Bible guide uses Google Gemini to provide thoughtful, biblically-grounded responses to your questions. It draws from Scripture to help you understand passages and apply them to your life. It is not a replacement for pastoral guidance.
Can I use Plantd offline?
Lesson content is available once loaded. However, the AI Bible guide and syncing features require an internet connection.
What languages are supported?
Currently Plantd is available in English and Spanish. We're working on adding more languages in future updates.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap “Forgot password?” We'll send you a link to reset it. If you signed in with Apple or Google, your password is managed by those services.
My streak was lost. Can you restore it?
We understand how important streaks are. If you believe your streak was lost due to a bug, please email us with your account details and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account.” This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us at support@plantdapp.com to request deletion.
